There was once a time where I'd eat any cake from anywhere. Nowadays nothing compares to Sara's. No matter what we have ordered it has always been delicious!

I provided Sara with a list of my son's favourite things as I had no idea what design we wanted. Sara created a stunning cake for his surprise 50th Birthday party incorporating the whole list. The lemon cake was delicious and enjoyed by all.

I asked Sara to design and bake a 50th Anniversary commemorative cake for Marwell Zoo.
The research that she did and her eye for detail produced a most spectacular two tier cake depicting some of the animals you see as you walk around the bottom layer and the top layer had those that can be found in our Tropical House including Santos our sloth, the Sclator' crowned pigeon and our crocodile monitor.
The top not only showed our 50th year but also our penguins.
Our staff were in awe of the details and the keepers recognising their animals displayed.

When discussing cake plans with Sara the process was really easy. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she was so patient as we went back and forth on different ideas. I wanted something special to celebrate my husbands birthday that would also wow our group of friends during the celebration. I sent and idea and said along these lines. Well, Sara went above and beyond any expectations I had. Having seen photos of her previous creations I can tell you they do not do the real cake justice. Everything was handmade and edible, however we couldn't bring ourselves to eat any of the decorations as they were so incredible, they are now on display at home. To top everything off the cake itself was the best any of us have ever tasted! There were arguments over the last pieces!
